All orders are subject to availability and acceptance and are confirmed once payment has been successfully received or authorized.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or incorrect information. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be contacted and any applicable refund will be processed.

Prices are displayed in the stated currency and may be updated without prior notice. Product availability, collections, and promotions may also change.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and approving the relevant design details before production begins.

Production timelines vary depending on the design and level of craftsmanship required.

Shipping:

UAE delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.

International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns & Exchanges

Our general policy is that all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
